Frankel, Mediasmith, Inc., OutCast Communications, and Rathje, Chadwick and Company Selected
SAN FRANCISCO - June 16, 2000 - Snapfish.com Corporation, the only photo service that offers free processing, printing, digitizing and online storing and sharing for 35 mm film, today announced the company's agencies of record. The agencies selected include Frankel, Mediasmith, Inc., Outcast Communications, and Rathje, Chadwick and Company. Together their efforts will build and grow the Snapfish brand in the online photo processing space.

The San Francisco office of Frankel will be Snapfish's promotions agency. Frankel will focus Snapfish's promotional efforts on awareness and customer acquisition through strategic promotional plans. Other Frankel clients include Del Monte, Dryers, Nestle and Visa USA.
Mediasmith, Inc., San Francisco will be Snapfish's media planning and buying agency of record. Mediasmith's expertise is in delivering strategically driven, integrated, closed-loop media solutions in both online and off-line media. Mediasmith will help Snapfish achieve their customer acquisition and business goals through highly targeted media campaigns. Its client roster includes BabyCenter.com, BigWords.com, CBS MarketWatch and Pandesic.
OutCast Communications of San Francisco will implement the Snapfish public relations program and will be an integral partner in the media relations, analyst relations and publicity strategies. OutCast Communications is a public relations firm specializing in strategic communications for Internet companies focusing on media relations and community and industry outreach. Rathje, Chadwick and Company (RCC) of San Francisco will be the lead creative force in charge of Snapfish brand identity and advertising. RCC will develop both on and off-line advertising. Other RCC clients include Genesys, Looksmart, Respond.com, Sugar Bowl Resort and Torani.
