The Snapfish leadership team brings together a wide, deep range of experience in online and offline business strategy and execution.

Manas Chaliha

Vice President and General Manager
 

Manas Chaliha is one of the founders of Snapfish and currently serves as the director of engineering. He is responsible for leading a team, spread across three continents, to build the highly scalable network of Snapfish sites.

Chaliha's team enables Snapfish to power large retail photo sites for leading retailers and is working on growing the Snapfish global network of sites, which currently extends to 12 countries. In addition to his work in R&D, Chaliha leads the Snapfish Quality Assurance team.

With 14 years of experience working on various software platforms, Chaliha previously worked for the IT management company CA and Shark Multimedia Ltd. on key computer telephony initiatives.

Chaliha holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Jorhat Engineering College in India.

Jimmie Sato

Head of Engineering
 

Jimmie Sato joined Snapfish in June of 2000 and, over the course of his tenure, he has served in a variety of roles and capacities. He was a key contributor to the overall design and implementation of the Snapfish platform including the technical infrastructure and customer-facing Support organization. He currently leads the Snapfish Technical Operations team with a focus to operationalize all technology improvements and enhancements for the worldwide Snapfish platform.

Prior to Snapfish, Sato worked as a technical consultant in various companies and industries, growing and honing his skills and expertise in technology and business settings.

Sato is also a board member for Tomo Systems Group, a consulting firm specializing in advice and support to the web industry.

Jeff Hooker

Head of Retail Partner Solutions

Jeff Hooker is Head of Retail Partner Solutions. Jeff joined Hewlett Packard in 2006 and is currently responsible for the P&L of Snapfish's strategic retail partnerships including the development, delivery and operations across the Snapfish platform of partner-branded online photo properties. An experienced leader, Jeff brings more than 15 years of product management and service delivery knowledge with detailed concentration on user generated digital media and multi-channel photo fulfillment strategies.

Prior to HP, Jeff led product and professional services teams at Adobe Systems (NASDAQ: ADBE) from 2007 to 2009, at AOL (NYSE: AOL) from 2001 to 2006, and at Netscape Communications from 1998 to 2000.

Jeff served in the United States Marine Corps and holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from University of California, San Diego.

Benjamin Lamparter

Head of Operations
 

Benjamin Lamparter is Snapfish's Director of Operations, worldwide. In this role Benjamin is responsible for the end-to-end product and service experience for Snapfish customers. He oversees the Customer Advocacy, Vendor Operations, Quality, Procurement, and Program Management teams.

Benjamin joined Snapfish in January 2009 as a Vendor Manager in Europe. His success quickly led him to take on the larger role of Vendor Operations Lead. In 2012 Benjamin was promoted to the role of Worldwide Head of the Vendor Operations and relocated to Snapfish's headquarters in San Francisco. In January 2014 he was promoted to Director of Operations.

Benjamin's career at HP started in 2000. Before Snapfish he held various positions across the general business units of HP. As an NPI (new product introduction) Engineer he was responsible for technically qualifying and launching ready-2-sell consumer printers. Later, Benjamin managed the PC & Notebook Demo Pool for HP's European Equipment Management and Remarketing business unit.

Benjamin holds a degree in business administration and information technology from the University of Cooperative Education, Stuttgart, and a Bachelor of Arts from the Open University, London.

Ramin Vatan Parast

Head of Product
 

Ramin Vatan Parast is Snapfish's Head of Product. Since joining Hewlett-Packard in March 2014, he has been spearheading new initiatives to enhance the end-to-end Snapfish experience across all platforms. He strives to create a user-centric team responsible for building a highly engaging web and app experience in the frontend and solid service-oriented products in the backend to support overall user experience and monetization goals.

Ramin brings an impressive and diverse background in digital media and product management to Snapfish. Prior to HP, he led product management and monetization initiatives at major tech companies Yahoo! and Nokia. His work has enabled him to have global experience in different regions and markets.

Ramin holds two doctoral degrees in Technology and Management, from Helsinki University of Technology and Tampere University of Technology, respectively. He describes himself as a creative thinker and problem solver at heart, and is passionate about building beautiful and user-centric products and working in such a dynamic organization as Snapfish.

Ramin is currently on the advisory board of Plexuss, a college recruiting network with a mission to empower students to find and choose the very best colleges.

Susie DiGiacomo

Head of Category Management, Merchandising, Design Services
 

Susie joined Snapfish in May of 2014 and is Head of Category Management & Merchandising, worldwide. She is responsible for Snapfish's Category, Site Merchandising, and Design Services creative teams.

An experienced retail industry executive, Susie brings an extensive breadth of experience encompassing merchandising, category management, proprietary product and brand development, global sourcing, and marketing in diversified retail and wholesale formats.

Prior to Snapfish, Susie served as Senior Director Global Sourcing and Product Management for RadioShack Corporation. Her background also includes key leadership roles with companies including Walmart, Sam's Club, Daymon Worldwide, and Big Lots Stores.

Susie has a Bachelor's degree in Business, with a major in Marketing.

Dan Reardon

Head of Revenue
 

Dan and his teams in the US, EMEA, and AP drive revenue and margin for the Snapfish brand. He has been with Snapfish for more than 10 years, nearly six of which were in China and Australia where he was General Manager for the Asia business.

Dan's background is rooted in consumer marketing, which he has been doing for 25 years. He specializes in online customer acquisition, CRM, direct marketing, consumer product licensing, and brand marketing. Before Snapfish, Dan ran the online business at Travelsmith.com (now owned by IAC Interactive Corp), and lived in Hong Kong where he managed licensing for China for the Walt Disney Company.

Dan graduated from Brown University with a degree in East Asian Studies and speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese. With his wife, Molly, and 8-year old daughter, Anne, he loves spending time taking photos and using Snapfish to stay in touch with friends and family. Everyone keeps telling him to "send more pictures!"
