Since we understand that not all customers, or companies, come in one size we offer three tiers of partnership to ensure your business is managed with excellence.
Partnership 1
For larger companies we provide strategic account management and planning, quarterly business reviews and weekly reporting. These companies receive insight into Snapfish's longer term promotional and business plans; have the ability to customize and brand Snapfish marketing and demand-generation materials; and have a dedicated Snapfish Account Manager.
Partnership 2
Our next level of integration includes account management, biannual business reviews, and monthly reporting. These companies are able to leverage Snapfish's expertise during monthly calls, and receive tactical planning.
Partnership 3
At this level of partnership, companies can take advantage of email-based account management, campaign tracking and quarterly reporting. These partners receive annual account summaries and ad hoc tactical planning.
