Requirements For Linking To Snapfish
Hewlett Packard, Inc. ("Snapfish") encourages you to link your website
(a "Linking Site") to the Snapfish website (the "Snapfish Site"). In order
to avoid misunderstandings regarding the use of our trademarks, trade names
and other proprietary information, Snapfish has adopted the following guidelines.
By setting up a link, you agree to abide by these guidelines.
- Use of Snapfish Trademarks
Snapfish grants you a nonexclusive, limited license to use the Snapfish
logo and/or trade name for the purpose of identifying your link to the Snapfish
Site. The logo and trade name may be displayed only in one of our standard
approved forms. This limited
license is solely for use in identifying the link and may not be used for commercial
purposes.
- Modification
Unless you have received specific written permission from Snapfish, you may
not (a) "frame" or otherwise impose editorial comment, commercial material or
any type of identification on (or in proximity to) content displayed on the Snapfish
Site ("Snapfish Content"), (b) alter or modify Snapfish Content, or (c) "cut and paste"
or otherwise reproduce Snapfish Content on the Linking Site.
- No Archiving
Your link must be to the current Snapfish Site only. In permitting linking,
Snapfish does not grant you the right to reproduce, modify, cache or archive
the Snapfish Content for any purpose.
- Link At Your Own Risk
Snapfish makes no representations or warranties regarding
the Snapfish Site and the Snapfish Content, which is provided "as is." Additional
restrictions and limitations on liability regarding the Snapfish Site and the
Snapfish Content are set out at in our Terms and Conditions and apply to all users
who access the Snapfish Site, including users who link from the Linking Site. Linking
Sites link to the Snapfish Site at their own risk. Snapfish is under no obligation
to maintain the Snapfish Site, provide or update Snapfish Content or otherwise support
your link to the Snapfish Site.
- Termination
Snapfish may revoke this license immediately if you fail to follow these guidelines
or if your Linking Site displays content that Snapfish believes is "Prohibited
Content" under our Terms and Conditions. In such a case, you understand that
Snapfish may either request that you sever your links to the Snapfish Site or may
take whatever self-help steps are necessary to sever such links.
