Your selected delivery option/estimated delivery date will determine how your package ships. We use services including UPS, U.S. Postal Service and DHL to get your packages to you. When the carrier supports tracking, we will provide updates to you.

Lowest price shipping – If you select Lowest price shipping, tracking is dependent on the mail service used. Some carriers provide door to door tracking, some carriers provide tracking to your USPS but not to your home and some carriers provide no tracking. Any tracking available from the carrier will be shared with you. Please keep in mind that UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday.

Ground, Expedited, Rush – Tracking is available from our fulfillment facility to your door. You’ll receive notification from us when your package is out for delivery and once it’s delivered. Please keep in mind that UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday.

Delivery dates and ranges are an estimate only, not a guarantee, and reflect the total number of business days we estimate to make then deliver your order. The items you create are one of a kind, so please allow us time to make them. It typically takes 3-5 business days to produce your order. Once your order ships, the mail services we use make every effort to meet expectations, but delays may occur and delivery may take longer, especially during the holiday seasons or due to weather.
