Q: Why is Snapfish offering this date-change promise?
A: Despite the current circumstances, we want our customers to be able to plan for their exciting future events with more peace of mind. It's also our way of showing our appreciation to our loyal customers — we're here to make your potential change of plans a bit easier.

Q: What products are covered under this program?
A: This promise covers any cards that have events with specific dates which have been impacted by the COVID-19 crisis, including wedding announcements, wedding invitations, save-the-dates, enclosure cards, response cards, bridal shower invitations, anniversary invitations, party invitations, birthday invitations, baby shower invitations, and dated graduation invitations and announcements.

Q: For how long can I purchase a card and be covered with this promise?
A: Our Continue Moving Forward program covers purchases placed from April 1, 2020 till December 31, 2020 as a way to offer our customers peace of mind in this time of uncertainty. We will re-evaluate the environment on December 31st to potentially extend this program.

Q: What if I bought cards with dates before Snapfish announced this program?
A: If you bought your dated card between March 30, 2019 and March 30, 2020, for an event after March 1, 2020 whose date has been impacted as a result of COVID-19, you're covered and we are standing by to help you. Please contact our Customer Service by visiting our help pages and we will work through your options with you.

Q: By when do I need to reprint if my plans change?
A: You have until December 31, 2021 to contact us for a reprint. Once you have a new date and are ready to reprint, please contact our Customer Service by visiting our help pages for contact options and hours.

Q: Do I need to put a date on my graduation announcement?
A: We offer many designs for graduation announcements where dates are completely optional. Given these uncertain times, you may decide not to put a date, or to write something more general such as "Spring 2020" to avoid potential changes. Either way, if you decide to print with a specific date and it unexpectedly changes, we will be happy to reprint your order.

Q: How many times can I reprint my cards?
A: Cards can be reprinted once per paid order. Please contact our Customer Service by visiting our help pages for contact options and hours.

Q: What if the card I want is no longer offered when I want to reprint?
A: We will gladly print a comparable design that you select.
